A National Human Resources (HR) Professional Certification Framework is in the pipeline to allow human resource professionals to better support businesses.
This will let HR practitioners take on a more strategic rather than operational ones, said Minister of State for Manpower Teo Ser Luck on Friday (April 8).
It is good news for both HR professionals and employers alike, as it will help HR professionals develop the human resource management skills and talent management capabilities needed to advance their careers and improve their effectiveness.
