Ministry of Manpower Updates EP Qualifying Salary To Keep Pace With Local Wages
As part of the Ministry of Manpower’s update of the Employment Pass (EP) qualifying salary to keep pace with rising local wages, the qualifying salary for EP applications will be raised from S$3,300 to S$3,600.
This will come into effect from 1 January 2017. MOM will provide enough lead time for businesses to make adjustments for existing EP holders whose passes are expiring soon. For more details, visit the MOM website.
