HRiQ Software Terms & Conditions

1.1 HRiQ Professional
HRiQ Professional is a standardised, ready-to-deploy HR software solution designed for organisations seeking a cost-effective platform without customisation.

Subscription pricing starts from as low as $2 per employee per month
Pricing is based on selected modules, features, and employee count
Not all features are included at the base price
Customisation, enhancements, or modifications are not included under this model

1.2 HRiQ Enterprise
HRiQ Enterprise is a fully customisable solution tailored to organisational requirements.

Pricing is quotation-based, depending on scope, complexity, integrations, and customisation requirements
Includes configurable workflows, integrations, and feature extensions
Implementation timelines and deliverables will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW)

2. Scope of Services
Both models provide access to a unified HR platform covering modules such as core HR, payroll, talent management, performance, and reporting, subject to subscription scope
Access is granted on a subscription basis and does not constitute ownership of the software
Features, modules, and functionalities vary depending on the subscribed package

3. Customisation & Change Requests
HRiQ Professional does not include customisation or configuration beyond standard system settings
Any request beyond standard features may require migration to HRiQ Enterprise or additional charges
For HRiQ Enterprise, all customisation requests must be documented and agreed in writing

4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in HRiQ remain the exclusive property of IQ Dynamics Pte Ltd
Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software during the subscription period

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law, IQ Dynamics Pte Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

HRiQ Professional and HRiQ Enterprise are designed to meet different organisational needs, and customers are advised to select the model that best aligns with their operational requirements, scalability, and level of customisation required.
