During his 2015 National Day Rally 2015, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong made several announcements regarding human resource practices in Singapore.
The announcements included (a) A revision of the re-employment age from 65 to 67 by the year 2017, and (b) an increase in paternity leave to 2 weeks in recognition of the important role of working dads.
