Beginning with MembersLink, our club management system, we went on to build and launch StudentLink, our school management system in 2002, and HRiQ™ Human Capital Management Solution the following year. Since then, we have rolled out all three of our solutions to a wide array of businesses, organizations, clubs, educational institutions and charity organizations over the last twenty years.
We have also worked closely with our customers, industry experts, business partners and government organizations to further improve our solutions, so that we can bring the best to all our customers, current and future.

Mr Lim Say Ping, Co-Founder & Director
As a co-founder and director of the company, Say Ping is responsible for the sales and marketing strategy of the group of companies in the region. He oversees the overall company direction in being the premium software developer and IT services provider in the region.
Say Ping brings with him over 30 years of experience in technology sales, marketing and executive management. Prior to co-founding iqDynamics, Say Ping served in several executive roles in IBM, including Channels Branch Manager and Marketing Manager of the Banking sector in IBM Singapore. Say Ping was also the Business Manager of IBM ASEAN Software and General Manager of International Application Solution (IAS), an IBM subsidiary.
He has led iqDynamics from a five-person setup to a regional group with over 60 dedicated IT professionals serving over 250 customers in the region.
Say Ping holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Electrical Engineering and Computing Science from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Oklahoma City.
Mr. Teo Teong Ho, Co-Founder and Director
Teong Ho is the co-founder and director of iqDynamics Pte Ltd. He is responsible for and oversees the technical, project management and consultancy aspects of the group of companies in the region.
Teong Ho brings over 30 years of technology development and executive management experience with him. Prior to co-founding iqDynamics, he held senior management positions for more than 20 years, spending more than 10 of those years in KPMG Peat Marwick and Chase Manhattan Bank. Teong Ho was also the General Manager and Vice President of ECICS Information Technology Pte Ltd.
He has held various consulting engagements covering turnkey software development, feasibility studies, evaluation and selection of systems, information systems strategic planning and large scale implementations of systems over a wide range of industries.
Teong Ho graduated from the University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science degree.
