The NICF is a joint effort between the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA), the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) and strategic stakeholders in Singapore’s ICT sector.
The NICF framework is a blueprint for the ICT sector that comprises of key ICT job roles and their corresponding competency requirements. The NICF also serves as a guide for ICT professionals in their career and skills development planning.
