Rewards Management

MembersLink Rewards Management System updates the member's reward points online by interfacing with the POS for F&B, Facility and other front-end modules of MembersLink. It will extract the transaction values as well as the member's identity from the POS and compute and update the points to be awarded to the member. The reward points will be printed out at the sale transaction chit as well as in the member's Statement of Account.

The system provides for enquiry of the individual members Reward points status (summary only, not details) by club staff. The system also provides function management and maintenance of reward gifts and allows for the redemption of these gifts over the counter based on the points specified for gift redemption.
