Guestroom Management provides Central Reservation facilities to manage the booking of multiple resorts within a single server at a central location and the transfer of the reservation database from this central location to each individual resort.

MembersLink Guestroom Management provides an automated interface to a selected PABX Call Accounting system, to allow telephone charges made by each room to be charged to the guest account. The system also provides for room keeping status update to be made through the telephone in each room.
