As a co-founder and director of the company, Mr. Lim Say Ping is responsible for the sales and marketing strategy of the group of companies in the region. He oversees the overall company direction in being the premium software developer and IT services provider in the region. He founded iqDynamics Pte Ltd in 1994.
Say Ping brings along 33 years of experience in technology sales, marketing and executive management. Prior to founding the company, Say Ping served in a variety of executive roles in International Business Machines (IBM). He was Channels Branch Manager and Marketing Manager of the Banking sector of IBM Singapore. His role before leaving IBM was Business Manager of IBM ASEAN Software and General Manager of International Application Solution (IAS), an IBM subsidiary.
He led iqDynamics from a staff strength of five to a group of companies in the region with over 60 dedicated IT professionals serving over 400 customers in the region.
Say Ping holds a Bachelors of Science (Honors) degree in Electrical Engineering and Computing Science from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Oklahoma City
Mr. Teo Teong Ho is the co-founder and director of iqDynamics Pte Ltd. He is responsible for and oversees the technical, project management and consultancy aspects of the group of companies in the region. He develops the strategy of establishing iqDynamics rapidly into the regional market.
Teong Ho brings along 32 years of technology development and executive management experience. Prior to founding the company, he held senior management positions for more than 20 years, including more than 10 years in KPMG Peat Marwick and Chase Manhattan Bank. Teong Ho was also the General Manager and Vice President of ECICS Information Technology Pte Ltd.
He has held various consulting engagements covering turnkey software development, feasibility studies, evaluation and selection of systems, information systems strategic planning and large scale implementations of systems over a wide range of industries.
Teong Ho graduated from the University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science degree.
