iqSchool Class Management is a flexible and easy to use front-end booking and registration system for managing the usage of various types of facilities in your school, for example, classrooms and equipment. Users are able to schedule the classrooms by requests for classes, rooms, and/or teachers.
The system allows you to define the facilities by type according to timeslots, and keep track of teacher and room schedules. The system allows you to generate the schedules based on the time preferences of the lecturers and availability of the teachers and rooms. The scheduling can be done for various intakes and each class can have more than one teacher assigned.
iqSchool manages student course attendance by providing for both online and batch updates through attendance sheets printed by the system, to track the class attendance of the students. Updates of attendance to the system can be based on the class timetable and entered for absent students including reasons for their absence. iqSchool allows the users to record attendance using an easy-to-use interface wherein the users only need to record absentees.
Attendance can also be recorded using a Student Card Interface via various technologies such as card readers.
