With policy driven controls, HRIQ Benefits & Expense Claims implements the necessary checks against employees’ Benefits Schemes and preset spending limits and reduces the turn-around time for processing & reimbursement of claims.

Co-payment incentives are available to reward employees for non-claims or surplus credit payout at the end of the year. It has an extension to a web-based e-Claims Module with online capabilities to track and manage online claims submitted by employees. The e-Claims Module provides maximum flexibility in setting up and managing user defined parameters, rules and accounting interface by Claim Category, by Claim Items, by Claim Forms and Rate Tables for converting foreign currencies, travel allowance by country, etc.

HRiQ e-Claims supports online claim submission in integration with Payroll and other ERP friendly modules
HRiQ e-Claims is intuitive and easy to use by employees for their management of online claims submission including all claims under their benefits and reimbursable expenses like travelling, transport, entertainment, etc. Approval is based on a multi-level that can be varied by claim category set-up. Payouts of claims to employees can be integrated to the Payroll System for crediting into the employees' payroll , or interfaced into your Accounts Payable system for direct crediting to the employee’s bank account. E-Claims is ERP friendly and has complex capabilities to post claim transactions into your General Expenses either fully or by cost centre allocation.
