Responsibilities

  • Be Part of our Core Research & Development (R&D) team to build/enhance our Software Products in New Technologies
  • Design & Develop Rich User Interface Web Applications using ASP.NET, HTML5, Bootstrap, SQL Server technologies
  • Develop Innovative Mobile Applications for iOS & Android Mobile devices
  • Communicate and work closely with the Consulting Teams to deliver the relevant technical solutions
  • Work with Management and Pre-Sales team to develop prototypes

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Rich UI Web Application Software Development environment
  • Strong Hands-On programming skills in ASP.NET, HTML5, Bootstrap, Mobile Development
  • Candidate must be able to work independently within the team under planned schedule environment
  • Excellent Analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal, presentation & communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer support requests on queries or problems on application software.
  • Check, rectify and test system on program error to ensure resolution.
  • Ensure smooth workflow processes and attainment of service level commitments.
  • Communicate and work closely with the Software Product Team on reported problems or enhancements needed for the software.
  • Understanding and mapping Client’s functional requirements against the Software available functions and guiding the users
  • Identifying customization where needed and working with our own technical team to detail the scope of the customization works where required
  • Ensuring quality assurances, user acceptance and implementation of completed customization
  • Logging of tickets and all transaction on the Support ticketing tool

Requirements

  • Diploma or University Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System, SQL Server Database and programming skills in ASP.NET, VB.NET are required.
  • Microsoft SQL Reporting Services will be an added advantage
  • Strong and proactive approach to problem-solving and inquisitive mind-set
  • Ability to manage and meet customer expectation and delivery time lines
  • Prior experience in supporting enterprise business application such as Human Resource Management Systems is an added advantage.
  • Able to communicate effectively and willingness to work hard to achieve results;
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in supporting business application projects.
  • Shown ability to work with other team members

  • Gather business requirements and map it with products and services provided by the company
  • Work with marketing to source and prospect new business opportunities and generate new leads
  • Preparation of proposal in close cooperation with the consulting teams
  • Drive the closure of deals through demonstration, presentation and sales of value proposition
  • Build and develop a long-term relationship with customers
  • Meet business targets and responsible for timely collection
  • Prepare sales forecasts and report to sales director regularly
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma /Degree
  • Candidate with basic accounting and business management knowledge or IT will be an advantage
  • 2 years relevant experience in IT solution selling will be an advantage
  • Entry level candidates with strong motivation and good attitudes may be considered
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, performance driven, energetic and self-motivated
  • A team player and possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
