Banquet Management
MembersLink Banquet Management System allows the user to handle and manage the whole administration process flow for a banquet from the initial tentative reservations, confirmation, preparation of proposal and contract to the generation of the event Order, including the capturing of feedback from the member after the event.
The main functions provided are:

Handling of the tentative reservations and confirmation of the Function Rooms Booking with wait list capabilities

Generation of Banquet proposal for customer's confirmation, covering the food menus, list of equipment and any other external resources that may be needed

Capturing the details of these resources for the banquet to be held allowing for you to make chnages when necessary. The type of resources is user defined.

Generation of Event Orders to be distributed to the relevant parties for follow-up action and more.....
